The compatibility of filter materials is applicable to the filtration of general hydraulic oil.
The filter element is supported by solid filter materials on both sides and filter materials with strong stability, which meets the verification of flow fatigue characteristics of hydraulic filter elements.
Before replacing, drain the original hydraulic oil, and check the oil return filter, oil suction filter and pilot filter to see if there are any iron scraps, copper scraps or other impurities attached. If there are any faults in hydraulic components, clean the system after troubleshooting.
When changing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filter elements (oil return filter element, oil suction filter element and pilot filter element) must be changed at the same time, otherwise, it is equivalent to not changing.
Distinguish the grade of hydraulic oil. Different grades and brands of hydraulic oil are not mixed, which may react and deteriorate to produce flocs. It is recommended to use this excavator to designate oil.
Before refueling, the oil absorption filter must be installed. The nozzle covered by the oil absorption filter directly leads to the main pump. If impurities are light, it will accelerate the wear of the main pump; if impurities are heavy, it will pump.
Refuel to the standard position. Generally, there is an oil level gauge on the hydraulic oil tank. Look at the level gauge. Pay attention to the parking mode. Generally, all oil cylinders are retracted, that is, the forearm and bucket are fully extended and landed.
Pay attention to the main pump to exhaust the air after filling the oil, otherwise, the whole vehicle will temporarily stop moving, the main pump will make abnormal noise (air sonic boom), or air pockets will damage the main pump. The air discharging method is to loosen the pipe joint directly at the top of the main pump and fill it directly.
