After receiving the instruction to replace the PP meltblown filter cartridge, confirm that the system has stopped running.
Prepare the appropriate PP meltblown filter cartridge (specifications, materials, sizes, sealing gaskets, models, etc.) and disassembly tools.
Clean the outer shell of the PP meltblown filter cartridge, clean the surrounding filter cartridges, and use protective equipment to stay in the operating area.
When the system is interrupted, the filter that needs to replace the PP meltblown filter cartridge needs to be slowly opened at the top vent to release the pressure. Pay attention to safety during the production process to prevent materials or liquids from splashing.
Empty the material inside the PP meltblown filter cartridge, use tools to open the filter cartridge cover, take out the fat meltblown filter cartridge, and put the PP meltblown filter cartridge into a plastic bag for cleaning or disposal.
Use cleaning tools and cloth to clean the inside of the filter and install the cleaned PP meltblown filter cartridge.
When replacing the PP meltblown filter cartridge, open the plastic bag at the filter opening end and check whether the sealing gasket is intact and in place.
Install the materials flowing into and out of the PP meltblown filter cartridge.
Use appropriate wetting agent (such as water) to wet the sealing gasket and socket of the filter, place one end of the PP meltblown filter cartridge near the sealing gasket, vertically insert it into the outlet filter socket, insert the filter cartridge and filter bag, and use tools to install the filter cover and tighten the filter.
Close the emission port of the filter for the PP meltblown filter cartridge, open the exhaust valve at the top of the housing slightly, and allow the material to enter the housing until the liquid overflows from the exhaust valve at the top of the housing. At this time, close the exhaust valve and carefully check for leaks at the disassembly position.
Slowly open the outlet valve of the filter for the PP meltblown filter cartridge until it is fully open.
After removing the PP meltblown filter cartridge, remove the tools and cleaning tools to clean the perimeter.
