The agglomeration and separation filter element has a dual function of filtering impurities and aggregating water from diesel and hydraulic oil, and is an important functional component of the agglomeration and separation filter element. The agglomeration filter element can meet the needs of various agglomeration filters used in fixed and mobile refueling facilities.
Multi-layer composite structure filter paper, high filtration accuracy;
Large amount of contamination, long service life;
Agglomerated and separated filter elements have high flow density and reduce the size of fine filters;
Carefully designed and specially treated glass fiber layer, good agglomeration effect;
The structure and materials meet the requirements of API-1581 and GJB610-88 standards;
Complete specifications and varieties to meet the needs of various fine filters.
This is a question that users are concerned about. Everyone knows that only correct maintenance of agglomeration filter elements can extend its life, rather than really knowing how to maintain it correctly.
From the traditional maintenance methods, using compressed air to blow out the impurities on the surface of the filter paper and reduce the air inlet resistance, etc. But this method is only a routine maintenance method, which cannot completely eliminate the impurities on the surface and inside of the filter paper of the air filter element, and can easily cause secondary pollution of the air.
We can analyze the parts that are prone to failure from its advantages and disadvantages, so that we can clearly maintain it. First, we determine that the agglomeration and separation filter element equipment is not a problem in order to reduce the number of discarded used air filter elements and reduce industrial pollution.
Secondly, because the centralized maintenance method of air filter elements is adopted, it is easier to collect and maintain the dust during the recycling and maintenance process of air filter elements, which avoids secondary pollution of the air. In this way, we can control the pollution source, which can obviously improve its performance.
During the use of the agglomeration and separation filter element, sometimes there may be some noise. How to solve this situation? So how is this noise generated?
Dirty hydraulic oil will cause the agglomeration and separation filter element to block. When the agglomeration and separation filter element is in a blocked state, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the agglomeration and separation filter element is too large, which will make the oil level unstable. Once the oil level is changing, because the inside of the agglomeration and separation filter element is at a large negative value, it is easy to cause air to enter the oil pipe. When it is squeezed in the pump, it will generate aerodynamic noise.
Having found the root cause of the problem, the solution is not difficult to find. The simplest way is to do regular maintenance work, often clean the agglomeration and separation filter element, and ensure that there are not too many impurities attached to the filter element.
