An air filter, also known as an air filter cartridge, air filter cleaner, or wind style filter, is mainly used for air filtration in engineering locomotives, automobiles, agricultural locomotives, laboratories, sterile operation rooms, and various precision operation rooms.
A PP filter element, also known as a PP melt-blown filter element, is made by heating and weaving ultra-fine polypropylene fibers. The fibers randomly form a three-dimensional microporous structure in space, and the micropores gradually distribute along the direction of the liquid flow, which integrates surface, deep layer, and precision filtration. It can intercept impurities of different particle sizes. The accuracy range of the filter element is 0.5-100μm, and its flux is more than 1.5 times that of the honeycomb filter element of the same accuracy. Different types of end cover joints can be configured to meet various engineering installation needs.
A wound filter element is a precision filter made by winding textile fibers with good filtering performance on a porous skeleton. The yarn material includes polypropylene fibers, acrylic fibers, and degreased cotton fibers. By controlling the winding tightness and density of the yarn, filters of different accuracies can be made, which can effectively remove suspended solids, particle impurities, and has a high purification effect on various liquids.
A folded microporous filter element is a precision filter device made of Polypropylene thermal spray fiber film, nylon (Nylonb) polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) microporous filter film, etc. It has the advantages of small volume, large filtering area, and high accuracy. The filtration accuracy range can be from 0.1μm to 60μm. The filter element end cap seals and the overall structure connection are all heat-fused. The filter element joint adopts three international common forms: 222 joint, 226 joint, and flat port. The product undergoes strict and complete testing before leaving the factory to ensure stable performance.
Activated carbon filter elements are divided into two categories: compact activated carbon filter elements and bulk activated carbon filter elements.
Compact activated carbon filter elements use high adsorption value coal-based activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon as the filter material, which is bonded and compressed into shape with a binder. The compressed activated carbon filter element is wrapped inside and outside with a layer of non-woven fabric with a filtering effect to ensure that the carbon core itself will not drop carbon powder. The carbon core is equipped with soft nitrile rubber sealing pads at both ends to ensure good sealing when the carbon core is installed in the filter cartridge.
Bulk activated carbon filter elements fill the required activated carbon particles into a special plastic shell, and use a welding device to weld the end covers on the two end faces of the shell. A non-woven fabric filter disc with a filtering action is placed at both ends of the shell to ensure that the carbon core will not drop carbon powder and black water during use. According to the customer's needs, the shell end cover can be made into different types of connection ports. The interface mode includes: flat pressure type, pipeline type.
