Coalescing Filter Element Applied in Metallurgical Industry

Particulate pollutants have great harm to hydraulic and lubricating systems, and each hydraulic and lubricating system has its own low requirements for the pollutant content in oil, that is, the target cleanliness of the system. When the content of solid particulate pollutants is lower than the target cleanliness of the system, the system can run normally and well. Due to external invasion and internal generation, many solid particle pollutants are inevitably added to the hydraulic filter element during operation. Therefore, the hydraulic system must constantly remove the solid particle pollutants, in order to ensure the realization of the target cleanliness of the system. The filter element in the filter is the function of removing particulate pollutants.

A filter element constructed of porous filter material serves as the filter element. It accomplishes the goal of medium purification by intercepting the solid particles in the system medium by surface interception and curved hole adsorption. The filter element's medium channel was closed by the trapped solid particles at the same time, increasing the pressure differential between its two ends. The filter cartridge must be replaced when the pressure differential between its two ends reaches a certain point since it will no longer function properly. The filter element is a consumable component of the system as a result.

At present, many large-scale metallurgical equipment in China are imported, among which the original filter elements are generally made of expensive foreign products. After the original filter element is used up, most users want to use the domestic replacement filter element with low prices and convenient supply. In addition, the filter elements used in domestic metallurgical equipment designed and produced many years ago may also need to use alternative filter elements produced by non-original manufacturers. Therefore, it is inevitable to use filter elements instead of products.
